Sakaar Anand heads the global Human Resources for the Product Development organization at CA Technologies.

An HR professional, technologist, business and team builder, Sakaar has a 19-year track record of success leading and growing various HR functions, Centers of Excellence for Globalization, Usability, Accessibility, Securability and Business Intelligence worldwide.

Sakaar is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified faculty for Leadership and Professional Skills courses in Change Management and Six Sigma.

As CA India HR head, Sakaar launched various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and enhanced the total rewards programs helping CA India clinch top honors year after year.

An avid Golfer, he also manages to fit in several tournaments a year. 

Sakaar holds a Masters in Advanced Software Engineering from University of Louisville, KY, USA, a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.
