Anish Patankar is a seasoned healthcare executive with a passion for taking technology ideas to the healthcare industry. He serves as the Director, GE Health Cloud where he drives the portfolio and owns translation of the vision for the GE Health Cloud Ecosystem into strategic themes. He also works closely with other companies to identify opportunities for partnership on the Health Cloud.

Prior to joining GE, Anish was Director of SaaS solutions at Varian Medical Systems, where he led the cloud initiatives for Oncology Informatics, Care Coordination and other solutions. He is also the co-founder of Testonix, a social networking platform around standardized test preparation. It helps working professionals prepare for standardized tests by connecting them to other like-minded and motivated professionals.

He has led Product Management at a couple of technology start-ups in the Bay area, and has also worked in various roles at Philips Healthcare and Siemens Healthcare.

He graduated from the University of California with a M.B.A., and from University at Buffalo with a MS in Computer Science
