Gen X belongs to the days of yore. Meet Generation Y- the next wave of talent that has set foot into the global workforce arena. They’re sharp, canny, and perspicacious and are really on the ball. This emerging workforce is no longer interested in the command-and-control leadership. With enterprises expanding their interests across the globe, they are faced with a heterogeneous workforce.
A large piece of this pie constitutes young men and women (the 20 – 25 age group), accounting for 60% of the global workforce.
